1. Focus on One Thing At A Time

Contrary to popular belief, multitasking may be counterproductive to getting things done, especially when the task at hand is an important one.

Working on multiple tasks at the same time can cause you to lose focus. Instead, giving your full attention to the immediate task at hand, one at a time, might give better results.

2. Live in the Moment
