Let me share with you 3 easy steps to activate your self-healing!
1. Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and become aware of your breath
2. Rub your palms together quickly for 5-10 seconds, and place them over your face and eyes while taking slow, deep breaths
3. Try directing an energy flow from your arms and send them to the rest of your body, especially anywhere you feel tightness. Continue moving the energy flow all the way to your feet.
Doing this for even 5 minutes would bring peace, lower your stress level and improve your focus.
